I started my day with a huge immune booster, right after I dropped off the kiddos. A juice of granny smith apples, kale, spinach, and cucumber – just to help my body fight off this cold/flu. I spent most of the day in bed. When I was awake, I divided my time between reading The Secret (I know, there’s a movie, but I really like my books) and watching The Food Network.
The Barefoot Contessa made me so hungryI wanted to call my dad, describe the food she had prepared, and have him cook it all for me. 🙂 I took yet another nap instead.
So, I am feeling a little better. My plan for tomorrow is to create my vision board, and actually start implementing everything I have been learning over this past year.
