Yesterday, I was feeling achy, tired, a little stressed.
It occurred to me that, over the past month, I have put the rebuilding of my body on hold. Somewhat. I was still eating well, juicing, making smoothies, and taking my vitamins. Exercise had gone right out the window, though. I had the usual reason: not enough time.
So, in the midst of not feeling all that terrific, I dragged my butt over in front of the TV and started an exercise video. Forty minutes of power yoga, boxing, squats, etc. later, and I was feeling quite a bit better.
Yesterday was Day One.
I am back on my fitness program. *roar*
